PFD board seeking artists’ submissions

The Public Facilities District Board and the Spokane Arts Fund is looking for artists interested in creating art for the Exhibit Hall Completion Project at the Spokane Convention Center. The total budget for the project is $50,000. Artwork will be indoors and will be located in a public lobby as an overhead sculpture or mobile that creates a light source. Artists should not submit specific proposals at this time, but submit digital images of their art, a résumé and artist statement at www.callforentry.org by 5 p.m. on July 26.
