Medical examiner says homicide victim was strangled

Homicide victim Regan Jolley was strangled, a news release from the medical examiner’s office said. Jolley’s boyfriend, Jason Hart, was charged with first-degree murder after her body was discovered Tuesday morning in a tub of acid in Hart’s garage. The medical examiner listed the manner of death as homicide.
