Happiness pursuit goes too far

If we are now going to have the U.S. Supreme Court define the words “the pursuit of happiness” and all that entails, then how many individuals or groups will come forward and contest their pursuit of happiness, or visions of such, via the court?

Should organizations like NAMBLA (North American Man/Boy Love Association) take on the Supreme Court because they are not being allowed their pursuit of happiness?

How much further do we push the envelope, and how much further do we open the envelope?
