Junior Achievement golf benefit Sept. 30
DOWNTOWN – Junior Achievement of Washington is holding its Junior Achievement Golf Benefit on Sept. 30 with a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. at the Coeur d’Alene Resort’s golf course.
Cost: $250 per person, includes lunch and dinner, luxury cart service with caddy and a chair massage. Registration is required.

Workshops at libraries to cover fraud, identity theft
LIBERTY LAKE – Spokane Teachers Credit Union is working with area libraries to offer a series of free fraud and identity theft prevention workshops through November.
The next class is Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. at the Liberty Lake Library, 23123 E. Mission Ave. A light meal is served, too.
