“Book of Mormon” kicks off Best of Broadway season

WestCoast Entertainment released its Best of Broadway lineup for next season, which kicks off in August with “The Book of Mormon.” Also in the lineup are “Blue Man Group,” “Memphis,” “Camelot” and “Guys and Dolls.” A Spokane stop for “The Book of Mormon” was announced last year. The multiple Tony award-winning musical was created by the duo behind “South Park,” and comes with a warning that it contains explicit language. Other shows that aren’t part of the Best of Broadway series also announced Wednesday include “Under the Streetlamp,” “Cirque Dreams Holidaze,” “The Grinch,” “Shatner’s World,” “Alton Brown Live!
