Obituary: Gehrke, Fred Fisher

GEHRKE, Fred Fisher “Fritz” 82 Years of life.

Born June 13, 1931 in Spokane, Washington to parents Kathleen and Fred Gehrke.

Fred attended Jefferson Grade School, Lewis and Clark High School and was in ATO at the University of Washington.

He was married July 12, 1952 to Patricia L. Gatlin, two children: Jeffrey S. Gehrke and Vickie L. Gehrke Bachofner.

Fred was a Deputy Sherriff in Spokane.

He was later a Marine and a Sergeant in the U.S. Army ( 515 CID ).

Fred loved all sports, especially skiing and football.

He worked as a salesman for Kimberly Clark and General Electric in the lighting division.

As per Fred’s wishes there will be no funeral and he also requested to be cremated.

He will be layed to rest in Edwall, WA, Cemetery.

Fred passed away from Multiple Myeloma.
