Vegas casinos don’t infringe

I wonder what the real reason is that there is so much fuss over a casino close to Fairchild Air Force Base.

Has anyone who is worried ever been to Las Vegas? The airport is 2.7 miles from the Strip, and planes fly over the entire city. There are over 750 planes by one estimate and 1,100 by another that fly in and out of Vegas daily. Nellis Air Force Base is a part of North Las Vegas and is a few miles from the Strip.

I never hear of any discussion about the base and its closeness to casinos in Vegas.

Perhaps Fairchild is not the real reason. Could it be Northern Quest doesn’t want the competition, or the morality of some would be offended?

Think about it.
