Type 2 Diabetes/Heart Disease Prevention Study - A Washington State University Spokane research study for adults at risk for type 2 diabetes and/or heart disease. Participants will come to a one-hour meeting once weekly on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. for three months. Start date is Jan. 13.
