Obituary: Tart, Coy N.

TART, Coy N. “Papa” or “Pop” December 22, 1939 to December 15, 2014 Coy went peacefully with his daughter and son-in-law at his side, he will be placed next to his lovely wife Becky.

His family in North Carolina will witness the service through Skype.

Coy retired from the U.S. Air Force as a SMGT after 25 years of service.

He is survived by his mother, three sisters, two brothers and many nieces and nephews in N.C.

Here in Spokane, he had four step-children from his marriage to Becky, nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren who loved him greatly.

He will be missed very much by all.
