Johnson, Holsinger hit marks

Community Colleges of Spokane coach Bruce Johnson and player Riley Holsinger both hit career milestones Wednesday as the Sasquatch rolled to a 65-48 victory over the Yakima Valley Yaks in NWAACC women’s basketball play in Yakima.
Holsinger grabbed 11 rebounds and scored 15 points to become the all-time leading scorer in school history with 1,011 points. Holsinger is also the school’s all-time leader in blocks and steals.
Morgan Freeman scored a game-high 26 for the Sasquatch, who handed their coach his 500th career win.
