Free concerts Fridays in Manito Park

The Manito Park Bench Cafe is open for summer. And that means its Free Friday Summer Concert Series is back.

The dog-friendly cafe, located in Spokane’s historic Manito Park, serves sandwiches, salads, wraps, baked goods, espresso drinks and other beverages.

It hosts free concerts from 6 to 8 p.m. Fridays through August. (Tonight’s performers are the Trailer Park Girls.)

The cafe opened for the season Memorial Day weekend. It’s located at 1928 S. Tekoa St. between Duncan Garden and Mirror Pond at Manito Park.
