Gonzaga tips off its men’s basketball season with an exhibition game against Thompson Rivers University tonight at 6 at the McCarthey Athletic Center.

The visitors from Kamloops, British Columbia, are 4-2. Ken Olynyk, father of former Gonzaga player Kelly Olynyk, is Thompson Rivers’ athletics and recreation director.

The Bulldogs, ranked 13th, open the regular season against visiting Sacramento State on Nov. 14.
