Keough Winning In 1st District

With 42% of the vote counted in the Bonner County portion of the 1st District, state Sen. Shawn Keough, R-Sandpoint, appears to be cruising to another victory. She leads Constitutionalist Christian Fioravanti 61% to 39%. In the two House races, Republican Heather Scott is defeating Democrat Laura Bry 71-29% and Republican Sage Dixon is beating Democrat Andrew C. Sorg 69%-31%. Republican candidates are winning all of the Bonner County courthouse seats with vote percentages of 64% or better.
