Morning links: Halliday’s “whole ankle” broken

Yesterday Washington State held its weekly press conference so we were able to find out the exact nature of Connor Halliday’s injury and it’s unfortunately a season-ender. We have a story and blog post on that, and it also leads today’s notebook .
