Great Floors’ Helvey up for design award

Melissa Helvey is a NKBA U Professional of the Year finalist.

The competition is sponsored by the National Kitchen and Bath Association. Helvey, who works at Great Floors in Spokane, is one of four contenders for the grand prize of a trip for two to Almeria, Spain, to tour the Cosentino factory and headquarters.

She’s also in the running for the People’s Pick Award. Vote for Helvey through Dec. 12 at www.nkba.org/nkbaupro . The winner of the People’s Pick wins a NKBA U scholarship and cash prize, plus tickets to a party at the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show in Las Vegas in January.

The grand prize winner will be announced at the show.
