Free Assistance from a Statewide Health Insurance Benefit Advisor - A representative from Statewide Health Insurance Benefit Advisor visits a number of Whitman County Library branch locations each month assisting residents with their Medicare and insurance questions. SHIBA volunteers provide information and counseling to individuals about health insurance and health care access, focusing on Medicare issues along with other health insurance-related issues.
