Colby Delahoussaye hit a 50-yard field goal with 3 seconds remaining, making up for a missed extra point earlier in the game, and the LSU Tigers (5-2, 1-2 SEC) eked out a 30-27 win over the Florida Gators (3-2, 2-2) in Gainesville, Florida.

Delahoussaye helped the Tigers avoid their first 0-3 start in Southeastern Conference play since 1999 and win in Gainesville for the second time in their last five tries.

His game-winner was set up by Rickey Jefferson’s interception in the final minute.

Michigan 18, Penn State 13: Matt Wile kicked a 37-yard field goal with 11:24 left and the Wolverines (3-4, 1-2 Big Ten) stifled the Nittany Lions (4-2, 1-2) in the second half en route to a victory in Ann Arbor, Michigan, that snapped a three-game losing streak.

Navy 51, VMI 14: Tago Smith ran for a score and passed for another, Noah Copeland scored on a run and a pass, and the Midshipmen (3-4) crushed the Keydets (1-6) in Annapolis, Maryland.

Rice 41, Army 21: Driphus Jackson completed 15 of 21 passes for 209 yards and three TDs to lead the Owls (3-3) over the Black Knights (2-4) in West Point, New York.

Wisconsin 38, Illinois 28: Melvin Gordon rushed for 175 yards and four TDs, Corey Clement added 164 yards and a 72-yard score and the Badgers (4-2, 1-1 Big Ten) held off the Illini (3-4, 0-3) in Madison, Wisconsin.

Miami 55, Cincinnati 34: Duke Johnson became Miami’s career leader in all-purpose yards, Brad Kaaya threw three TD passes plus ran for another, and the Hurricanes (4-3) defeated the Bearcats (2-3) in Miami Gardens, Florida.

Marshall 49, Middle Tennessee 24: Rakeem Cato threw for 337 yards with three TDs and ran for a fourth TD, and the undefeated Thundering Herd (6-0, 2-0 Conference USA) became bowl eligible with a win over the Blue Raiders (4-3, 3-1) in Huntington, West Virginia.

Cato extended his streak of games with a TD pass to 38, tying Russell Wilson for the FBS record he set while at N.C. State and Wisconsin.

West Virginia 37, Texas Tech 34: Sophomore Josh Lambert kicked a career-long 55-yard field goal as time expired to lead the Mountaineers (4-2, 2-1 Big 12) over the Red Raiders (2-4, 0-3) in Lubbock, Texas.

Clemson 23, Louisville 17: Ammon Lakip bounced through the go-ahead, 40-yard field goal and the Tigers (4-2, 3-1 ACC) stopped the Cardinals (5-2, 3-2) on fourth-and-goal from the 2 with 21 seconds left for a victory in Clemson, South Carolina.

Utah State 34, Air Force 16: Darell Garretson passed for 298 yards and two TDs and also ran for a score to propel the Aggies (4-2, 1-0 Mountain West) to a win over the Falcons (4-2, 1-2) in Logan, Utah.

Colorado State 31, Nevada 24: Garrett Grayson passed for 326 yards and three TDs – two to Rashard Higgins who had 194 receiving yards – and the Rams (5-1, 1-1 MWC) jumped out to a 17-0 lead and held off the Wolf Pack (3-3, 1-2) in Reno, Nevada.
