It’s the late Rita Hayworth’s birthday

I always get a kick out of how the prisoners in “The Shawshank Redemption” react to her hair-tossing appearance in a movie being screened for them.

Is it my imagination or is that movie on some cable channel every Sunday afternoon?

Anyway, there is something refreshingly honest about hilariously giddy lust. And the prisoners’ reaction seems like pure appreciation and not something more menacing.
