Shame on mayor

First, Mayor David Condon fires people to help cut costs, and now he wants to raise his salary and those of his Cabinet to more than our governor and U.S. representative.

I say: If he can suddenly find that much money and needs that much money, he should raise the salaries of all the minions at City Hall, too. They actually carry out his orders and deserve and need the money more than he does.

Shame on the mayor for trying to take advantage of his office for more personal gain.
