Food truck park planned in Spokane

SPOKANE — A food fair on wheels is planned east of downtown Spokane where John Shriner hopes to set up a year-round food truck park near the corner of Sprague and Perry. News reports say Shriner hopes the park will be home for eight-to-10 trucks to serve pedestrians — with picnic tables and a heated area in the winter. Shriner hopes to open the Spokane Food Park early next year.
