The teen charged with arson for seven fires in the Spokane Valley area was released Tuesday morning from juvenile detention to electronic monitoring.
A judge ordered the release on the condition that the teen may not possess any weapons or incendiary devices, and must comply with counseling recommendations.
He was charged Oct. 2 with seven counts of arson for allegedly setting fires, including two home fires, in the Spokane Valley area. He had been in custody since.
On Monday, a judge ruled the teen would be tried as a juvenile. His next date in court is set for Nov. 5.
