Liberty Lake blotter: Man reports loss of $43,000 from bank account

Two fraud reports came in to the Liberty Lake Police Department the week of Oct. 13-20, one of them topping $40,000.

A person in the 1200 block of North Liberty Lake Road called police on Oct. 16 and reported that someone had taken $43,000 from his bank account without permission, Asmus said. The incident is under investigation.
