“Fargo”: All good things must end, don’t ya know? And so it is that this anthology series wraps up a superb second season. After stirring up all sorts of bloody mayhem, Peggy and Ed Blumquist (Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons) look to make a break for it. We don’t know if they’ll escape unscathed, but we do expect the body count to rise. The best news? “Fargo” already has been renewed for a third season. 10 p.m. Monday, FX.

SUNDAY: “The Simpsons” take a cue from the film “Boyhood” for an episode that follows Bart from his days as a 6-year-old to an accomplished young man. Along the way, we see how Homer and Lisa shaped him in unexpected ways. 8 p.m., Fox.

SUNDAY: “Behind the Magic: Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” is a new special about an old film – the 1937 Disney classic. Narrator Ginnifer Goodwin takes viewers behind the scenes of the first full-length animated feature. 8 p.m., ABC.

MONDAY: “The Expanse” is a 10-episode thriller that whisks viewers 200 years into the future. There, a hardened detective (Thomas Jane) investigates the mysterious case of a missing heiress and becomes embroiled in a conspiracy that could threaten humanity. 10 p.m., Syfy.

MONDAY: “Adele Live in New York City” is a new special that has the Brit with the big pipes saying “Hello” to fans at Radio City Music Hall. She belts out tunes from her wildly popular new album, “25.” 10 p.m., NBC.

TUESDAY: Tonight, on the season finale of “The Voice,” they’ll heap loads of love and praise on a “rising new star.” Then, if tradition holds, we won’t hear from the winner again. 9 p.m., NBC.

WEDNESDAY: They came. They saw. They frolicked in their underwear. Now, one of the remaining contestants on “Survivor: Second Chances – Cambodia” will pocket $1 million and be subjected to a lot of questions from Jeff Probst. 8 p.m., CBS.

THURSDAY: “American Country Countdown’s Top 10 Stories” is a special that recalls the year’s most talked-about moments in country music. Included: performances by Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Little Big Town and others. 8 p.m., Fox.

THURSDAY: Idris Elba reprises his role as a relentlessly grim British cop in a special two-hour edition of “Luther.” And now he has a new baddie to deal with – a cannibalistic serial killer. 9 p.m., BBC America.

THURSDAY: “Barbara Walters: 10 Most Fascinating People of 2015” has our host once again looking back at some of the year’s top headliners. The list includes Bradley Cooper, Amy Schumer, Tracy Morgan, Ronda Rousey, Bernie Sanders and Misty Copeland. 9:30 p.m., ABC.

FRIDAY: “A Home for the Holidays” is a special that brings together Jennifer Hudson, Katharine McPhee and others to share heartwarming stories about adoption from foster care. 9 p.m., CBS.

SATURDAY: For the final new installment of “Saturday Night Live” in 2015, “Sisters” stars Tina Fey and Amy Poehler return to their old stomping grounds as co-hosts. Bruce Springsteen is the musical guest. 11:30 p.m., NBC.
