Let people choose identity

In this country, when you fill out a form, you can check whichever race you like. If you are 1/16  black, you can list yourself as black (once upon a time you had to) or white if you wish. For years, light-skinned blacks have chosen to “pass” as white.

Some people admire black culture, artists and athletes, and identify with being black. In the era of Caitlin Jenner, you can’t be who you want to be?
