Obituary: Carli, Mary Lucille
Age 61
She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Jean Betts, who passed away in June, 2009.
Mary is survived by her sister Pam Haley and her husband Jim; son Erik Kollarsky and his wife Andrea; daughter Katie Wood and her husband Gabe; grandsons Gavin and Tyler.
Mary’s family was her life, she was always looking for opportunities to get together.
Birthday celebrations and family vacations were her most favorite times.
Mary was born December 13th, 1953 in Spokane, WA.
She graduated from Central Valley High School in 1972.
She obtained her degree in Respiratory Therapy from Spokane Community College in 1975.
She worked almost 40 years at Valley Hospital, making life-long friends and many special memories.
A true caretaker, she devoted much of her time and energy helping others.
She volunteered often in her daughter’s classroom and her sister’s day care.
She spent a lot of special time with her grandsons, planning fun activities and finding opportunities to spoil them.
They loved their “red car Gramma” so much.
Mary was so excited for the upcoming birth of her first granddaughter in October.
Mary touched the lives of many with her love, laughter and generosity.
She will live forever in our hearts and memories.
Service will be held at Hennessey Funeral Home on Saturday, July 11th, at 11:00am.
Reception to follow.
