Obituary: Koch, Donna Rae

Age 82

KOCH, Donna Rae Was born on the family farm on Harvard Road in Rockford, Washington February 1st, 1933.

She passed away Monday the 20th of July, 2015 in Spokane Valley, WA.

She was 82.

Her parents were Leonard and Rosemary Koch.

She has one surviving, younger brother, Del Koch.

She graduated from West Valley High.

She then took a journey to California to start a career in modeling, but then decided to come back home.

She also drove powder puff race cars in Seattle at the Aurora Speedway.

Her hobbies were fishing, gardening, making ceramics and candles and doing her Tri-Chem paint projects.

She loved her animals.

She is survived by her three children, Steve Wendlandt, Valerie Gamell and Rosemarie Berggren.

She has eight grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren plus numerous nieces and nephews.

Donna will be laid to rest at the Rockford Cemetery.

Per Donna’s wishes there will no services.

There will be a family gathering.
