Senate passes child-support bill 33-2, with just Nuxoll, Regan voting no

The Senate has voted 33-2 in favor of HB 1, the revised child support enforcement bill, sending the measure to the governor’s desk and wrapping up the business of today’s special session of the Idaho Legislature after a bit more than 11 hours, without a break.
The two senators voting “no” were Sen. Sheryl Nuxoll, R-Cottonwood; and Brent Regan, who was filling in for Sen. Steve Vick, R-Dalton Gardens. You can read my full story here at spokesman.com.
