No bikes at Mica Peak

I did not vote for part of my property taxes to be used to build more mountain bike trails. McCade Clark’s observation that the trails could be improved by putting in jumps shows his interest is not in trees, views, wildlife or much that qualifies as natural. His interest is in the challenge of twists, jumps, etc., while riding a bike on a trail going down a steep slope.

I suggest he contact the state about adding a few mountain bike trails to the ORV area outside Liberty Lake. Or haul his bike up to Mount Spokane, which is now developing “legal” mountain bike trails. Mica Peak should be for hikers, walkers and horses.
