Did you watch “Minority of One”?

I’d be interested in hearing opinions about HBO’s look at Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, “Minority of One.”

I thought it was pretty good. Didn’t pretend he was likable or suggest he spent any time or energy trying to be.

I’ve long wondered what it would have been like to have the most dominant player in college basketball history playing just down the road, against WSU.

Are you old enough to remember how Lew Alcindor’s presence prompted the NCAA to ban dunking for a time?

Like that would slow him down.
