Kootenai County investigators say a 27-year-old Spokane woman was found dead Monday in Lake Coeur d’Alene, and her death is listed as “suspicious.”
The body of Kimberly Sue Vezina was found floating in the water near Fullers Bay at the south end of the lake.
The sheriff’s dive team and detectives recovered the body Monday afternoon. Results of an autopsy performed Tuesday are pending, the sheriff’s office said.
Kootenai County sheriff’s detectives are asking to speak with anyone who had been in contact with Vezina. Call Sgt. Ken Lallatin at (208) 446-1337 or Det. Darrell Oyler at (208) 446-1339. Tips also may be submitted at www.kcsheriff.com/anonymous-tip.html
