North Okanogan tops Spokane Braves 5-1

ARMSTRONG, British Columbia — The North Okanogan Knights (4-14-1-0-3) scored three third-period goals and beat the Spokane Braves 5-1 in a Kootenay International Junior Hockey League game on Saturday.

Spokane’s lone goal came from Lance Noomen in the third period.

The Braves (3-17-0-0-4) play the Princeton Posse in Princeton, British Columbia, on Sunday.
