SUNDAY: Producers of “The Royals” promise an “explosive” second season. That can only mean more scandals behind palace gates and much more fun for Elizabeth Hurley, Joan Collins and company. 10 p.m., E!
MONDAY: Jennifer Lopez, Rita Moreno, Ricky Martin, Pitbull and Gloria Estefan are just some of the stars featured in “The Latin Explosion: A New America.” It’s a documentary that explores how the growing Latino community is influencing mainstream American music. 6 or 9 p.m., HBO.
MONDAY: On “Fargo,” someone has kidnapped a member of the ruthlessly violent Gerhardt family. Don’t you know, that could be a huge mistake. 10 p.m., FX.
TUESDAY: Producer Dick Wolf’s Windy City drama franchise spawns a third show tonight with the premiere of “Chicago Med.” It focuses on a teaching hospital overseen by a chief administrator played by “Law & Order” vet S. Epatha Merkerson. 9 p.m., NBC.
WEDNESDAY: Say it isn’t so! On “The Middle,” the Hecks agree to forgo Thanksgiving after Frankie (Patricia Heaton) learns that she’s out of a job until January and must pick up a temporary position that requires her to work on the holiday. 8 p.m., ABC.
WEDNESDAY: “People’s Sexiest Man Alive 2015: 30 Years of Sexy” just might steam up your TV screen. Hosted by Bellamy Young (“Scandal”), it’s a special that spotlights how the magazine goes about choosing its hottest hunks for one of its most popular issues. 9 p.m., Lifetime.
THURSDAY: On “The Vampire Diaries,” Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Damon (Ian Somerhalder) confront their mother with painful childhood memories. Ah, but Lily (Annie Wersching) blows everyone away when she reveals a dark secret she’s been harboring for over 160 years. 8 p.m., The CW.
FRIDAY: Start salivating. On “Guy’s Big Bite,” Guy Fieri and some of his chef pals whip up a Thanksgiving feast that’s bigger and better than ever. The menu includes turkey meatballs with fire-roasted green chile 8 p.m., Food Network.
SATURDAY: “Jim Henson’s Turkey Hollow” is a holiday treat featuring some new puppet creatures. It follows a recently divorced father (Jay Harrington) who brings his two kids to a quaint town to celebrate Thanksgiving with his kooky aunt (Mary Steenburgen). The kids soon get swept up in the hunt for a legendary monster known as the Howling Hoodoo. 8 p.m., Lifetime.
