Falling tree injures Twin Lakes men

Two men were driving in Twin Lakes when a tree fell on their car, injuring both passengers. Jordan Simon, 22, was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center for treatment for a spinal cord injury. He went into surgery for his spine Wednesday morning. Family members said doctors told him he may never walk again. The other passenger, Sheldon Cole, was treated for a concussion at a local hospital and subsequently released. Family members said Simon and Sheldon had just pulled out of their driveway, and made it less than a mile before they were hit/ Taylor Viydo , KREM2. More here.
