Spokane Symphony concert in Liberty Lake postponed
A free Spokane Symphony concert in Liberty Lake that had been scheduled for Saturday has been postponed by a day because of expected rain.
The symphony’s annual Labor Day concert at Pavillion Park, 727 N. Molter Road, will be held at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, said Bob Schneidmiller, president of the Friends of Pavillion Park.
The symphony’s free Labor Day concert scheduled for Comstock Park in Spokane still is scheduled for 6 p.m. Monday.
The National Weather Service said that the chance for rain in Spokane on Saturday is 100 percent. But it should be partly sunny on Sunday and Monday.
