Two hospitalized after vehicle crashes off I-90

A man and woman were hospitalized Monday night after a high-speed collision where their vehicle left Interstate 90 in East Central Spokane. Police spokeswoman Teresa Fuller said the driver and passenger were traveling at high speed when their vehicle crashed off the freeway at East Second Avenue and Magnolia Street just after 8 p.m. Monday. Both were extracted from the vehicle and taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Fuller said she did not have an update on their condition Tuesday morning, but believed at least one was still in the hospital. Police are investigating the collision.
