Police investigate Wednesday shooting

Spokane police are investigating a shooting after a man was dropped off at a hospital emergency room early Wednesday morning.

Detectives have information that the shooting happened in the area of the 600 block of West Garland Avenue, according to a press release.

The man was left at the hospital at 1 a.m. with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The victim has declined to provide many details of the shooting, according to police.
