Inslee to get briefing on area fires

Gov. Jay Inslee will visit the Emergency Operation Center Tuesday morning for a briefing on the fires burning in Spokane and around Eastern Washington.
He will also visit the firefighters’ base camp, which is at the Spokane County Fairgrounds along with the operations center, and may stop at an area where rescued animals are being sheltered.
