Bartlett hosts Girls Rock Lab showcase

Girls ages 8-18 have spent a week learning instruments, forming bands and writing songs in a popular program sponsored by Spark Central.

On Saturday, they’ll take their talents to the Bartlett for a showcase that also will include the bands Mama Doll, Windoe, Phlegm Fatale and Violet Catastrophe.

When: 7 p.m. Saturday

Where: The Bartlett, 228 W. Sprague Ave.

Cost: Free; donations for Girls Rock Lab appreciated
