1. Bret Michaels’ ‘Wreck the Halls’

Former Poison frontman teams up with Ratt, Dokken, Warrant, LA Guns and Jack Russell’s Great White for an afternoon and evening of hard-rockin’ hits.

2. ‘Paperback Writer: The Beatles Experience’

This long-running tribute group takes audiences through the greatest years of the Beatles, performing hits from “The Ed Sullivan Show” through the “Sgt. Pepper’s” years and on to the rooftops of “Let It Be.”

3. The Kyle Gass Band

Kyle Gass, one half of Tenacious D, gathered his friends John Konesky (guitar), Mike Bray (guitar/vocals), Tim Spier (percussion), and Uncle Jazz (bass) to record “Thundering Herd.” Now, they’re taking the show on the road. With Spokane openers Hey! Is for Horses and Supervillain.

4. Maddie and Tae

Jingle Ball 2016, presented by 93.7 The Mountain, features the country music duo of Madison Marlow and Taylor Dye, along with with Thompson Square and Josh Turner. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Wishing Star Foundation.

5. December Classics in Coeru d’Alene: ‘Romance of the Cello’

Presented by Zuill Bailey, cello, and Natasha Paremski, piano, playing Chopin’s Scherzo No. 4 in E Major, Op. 54; Stravinsky’s Suite Italienne for Cello and Piano; and Rachmaninov’s Cello Sonata in G minor, Op. 19.

6. Gonzaga Symphony at the Fox Theater with Cellist Amit Peled

The symphony will perform Franck’s Symphony in D Minor followed by Elgar’s Cello Concerto, featuring internationally acclaimed cello virtuoso Amit Peled, a professor at the Peabody Conservatory of Music at John Hopkins University. Conducted by Kevin Hekmatpanah.
