GSL girls: Central Valley stays unbeaten with landslide win at Rogers

Central Valley started the game on a 15-0 run, Lexie Hull scored 11 of her 20 points in the second quarter, and the visiting Bears (6-0, 6-0) held Rogers (2-6, 1-5) scoreless in the third quarter en route to a 70-13 victory on Saturday.

Lacie Hull scored 15 points, Hailey Christopher added 12 points and Katie Hawkins finished with 10.

Lewis and Clark 58, Gonzaga Prep 45: Kaylee Bishop had four 3-pointers with 17 points to lead the Tigers (4-4, 4-2) past the visiting Bullpups (5-2, 5-1).

LC finished the first quarter up 18-2, but G-Prep responded with a 20-8 second quarter and trailed by four at the half. The Tigers used a 14-9 fourth quarter to pull away.

Dominique Arquette scored 10 points for LC. Jacinta Buckley only made one shot for the Tigers, but she had 11 boards and seven assists.

Mia Scelfo had 14 points and Kerynice Keyes added 13 for the Bullpups.

Mt. Spokane 63, Mead 51: Aspyn Adams led all scorers with 16 points and the visiting Wildcats (5-1, 5-1) beat the Panthers (4-4, 2-4).

Adams hit four 3-pointers and made a pair from the line. Mt. Spokane also got 16 points from Jaidyn Lyman and 12 points from Alyssa Powell. The Wildcats raced out to a 20-10 lead after the first quarter and led 37-16 at intermission.

Mead was led by Aaliyah Pauling’s 13 points and Alexa Brandt added 10.

University 63, Shadle Park 20: Kinsley Barrington led all scorers with 15 points and the visiting Titans (5-3, 4-2) beat the Highlanders (0-7, 0-6).

U-Hi had a 28-5 first quarter and never looked back. Barrington had a 3-pointer among her seven makes. University also got 10 points from Jasey Ramelow and eight points from Gracee Dwyer.

Shadle Park was led by Willow Risinger’s nine points.

North Central 53, Ferris 33: Sunny Ellenwood led the Indians (2-5, 2-4) with 16 points and 11 rebounds to help her team to victory over the visiting Saxons (1-6, 1-5).

Sativa Rogers scored 11 points for North Central, while Adria Blocker added 10 points.

Brook Goodwin led Ferris with 11 points.
