TWIN FALLS, Idaho – Police in Idaho say they have arrested two suspects in the fatal drive-by shooting of a teenager.
The Times-News reported that police arrested the men, ages 19 and 20, in the killing of 15-year-old Vason Widaman while he was riding a bicycle in the daytime near Canyon Ridge High School.
The shooting was May 7 and it’s not clear yet what new evidence led police to make an arrest in the case.
County Prosecutor Grant Loebs told the Times-News that both men will be formally charged Wednesday with murder or aiding and abetting murder. They will also both face charges of intimidating a witness.
