Few in Potato Bowl stands before kickoff

Wow! According to this photo posted on Twitter by SR sports scribe Josh Wright, hardly anyone is in the stands for the Famous Potato Bowl at Boise State. Josh tweets: “Only a few brave souls have planted themselves in their seats at Albertsons Stadium 70 minutes before kickoff.” Idaho and Colorado State are matched for the game. If a bowl game is held in Boise and no one attends, can it still be called a bowl game? Inquiring minds want to know.
