Yellow Brick Road leads to Disneyland
Carolina Wilson was new to Spokane and looking for something to do with her 2 1/2-year-old daughter. The December days seemed long, especially without her husband, a deployed Air Force pilot. She discovered Spokane Children’s Theatre online and decided to go to an afternoon performance of “The Wizard of Oz.” “I had no idea what to expect,” Wilson said. “I was surprised and blown away by how professional it was. She (Kalila) loved it! She was totally absorbed. She was on her feet dancing by the end of it.” The theater was selling raffle tickets for a trip for four to Disneyland, and Wilson bought two of the $10 tickets. On Dec. 20, SCT treasurer Doug Beschta called her with the news – she’d won the trip to Disneyland. “She was ecstatic,” he said/ Cindy Hval , SR. More here.
Question: How many times have you been to Disneyland?
