Women’s swimming: Idaho stands in fourth place at WAC Championships
Idaho placed fourth in the women’s 200-yard freestyle relay on Thursday during the second day of the Western Athletic Conference Swimming and Diving Championships in Houston.
The Vandals finished in 1 minute, 34.42 seconds in the event. Northern Arizona won in 1:31.58.
Idaho also took fifth in the 200 medley relay at 1:42.84.
Vandals sophomore Maren Seljevold placed seventh in 1-meter diving (254.00) and eighth in the 3-meter event (251.55).
Idaho’s Vivian Crow placed seventh in the 200 individual medley at 2:04.78. Teammate Erica King was eighth in the 500 freestyle at 4:58.87.
Northern Arizona leads team scoring with 379.5 points. Idaho (175) stands in fourth place.

Washington State stands in eighth place after two days of the Pac-12 Championships at Federal Way, Washington.
The Cougars have scored 122 points. Stanford leads the way with 501 through 13 events.
