In brief: Events for big-game trophy measurement

HUNTING – Opportunities to have big-game trophies measured for official scoring are coming up at regional events in February and March. Among them:

–Kootenai Valley Gun and Horn show in Bonners Ferry (drop off mounts at the Boundary County Fairgrounds on Feb. 5).

–Bonner Gun and Horn Show (drop off at the Bonner County Fairgrounds on March 4).

–Big Horn Outdoor Recreation Show in Spokane (drop off at the Spokane Fair and Expo Center on March 17-19 before noon).

In addition, official scorers will be measuring trophies at Cabela’s in Post Falls on March 12.
