Support will of people

The Republicans only got one thing correct in their rejection of reasonable gun legislation: Due process does matter. However, note what they’ve never done: Change the Patriot Act to create due process for getting on and off of the Do Not Fly list.

They only seem to care about the process when people suggest legislation supported by 90 percent of the American people but rejected by the gun industry. It’s past time for universal background checks and the Republicans need to do their jobs and support the will of the people.
