Predictable response to shootng

Predictably, the mass shooting in Florida has prompted calls for gun bans, restrictions and repressive new gun laws that will, ultimately, only affect the law-abiding. That’s why the law-abiding, not the NRA only, resist these measures. As one commentator said, “Radical Islam is the enemy, not the NRA!”

Blind, naïve anti-gun activists, from Barack Obama to letter writers continue to churn out propaganda, deception, misinformation and lies. The AR-15, called “America’s rifle,” is used, safely and responsibly, by millions of Americans. It’s immensely popular in competition shooting and, with low capacity magazines, for hunting. The AR-15 is the ultimate firearm for defense of self and, more importantly, nation.

Syndicated columnist Rich Lowry calls the Democrats’ latest campaign to disarm peaceable Americans an “irrelevant crusade,” and says that Democrats choose to “make Orlando as much about the NRA, and as little about ISIS, as possible.”
