Spokane Empire will host Nebraska in IFL Intense Conference title game

The Spokane Empire are in for some Danger.

The Empire will host the Nebraska Danger in the Intense Conference championship game at 4 p.m. on July 17 in the Arena.

The Danger (7-10) qualified for the title game Saturday with a 64-52 playoff win over the host Billings Wolves (8-9).

Spokane (12-4) and Nebraska met once this Indoor Football League season. The Empire came away with a 25-23 win in Grand Island, Nebraska.

Sioux Falls (15-1) and Cedar Rapids (13-4) will meet for the United Conference championship. Cedar Rapids beat Wichita Falls 66-36 in the night’s other playoff.
