Dave Wilson not beholden to Big Money

Life experience matters. Dave Wilson, an Independent running against Cathy McMorris Rodgers, has the experience to be a great congressman.

He pays his own way. He paid his way through college. He saw a need for computer training and created his own business. He started with nothing but an idea and worked at it for 30 years. He paid his employees’ salaries and their medical benefits. He earned his own money for retirement. He’s running for Congress on campaign contributions of $500 or less from individuals. He refuses to take money from PACs or special interest groups. He’s not beholden to Big Money.

Compare Wilson’s experiences to McMorris Rodgers’. She’s made her money for 22 years off taxpayers and will retire on a government pension. She takes money from PACs and special interest groups. 85 percent of her campaign funding during the last election came from outside the 5th District. McMorris Rodgers doesn’t represent her constituents first. How can she when outside interests are paying her way?

I like the idea that a person who isn’t bought is representing me. If you like that idea too, please vote for Dave Wilson.
