Police say man exposed himself to children

Deputies arrested a 46-year-old man Tuesday for allegedly “exposing himself and masturbating in front of juveniles and adults” in four separate cases spanning the past several months, the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

Mikhail G. Karpov was booked into the Spokane County Jail on suspicion of four counts of indecent exposure for the incidents, which took place in Spokane and Spokane Valley. Investigators believe there may be additional victims, the release said.

Karpov had access to multiple vehicles that may have been used during the crimes. The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information about Karpov to call (509) 477-3218.
